The headset has to be permanently connected to the internet, as the user actions are processed by the remote server.
We recommend to have an internet connection band to be at least 0.5 Mbps per device.
If the scenes do not load despite having the internet access enabled, please, make sure that your local firewall does not block the access to our server. If the problem persists, please email us to [email protected].
To access the teacher dashboard and/or to cast the headset environment, access to any kind of device with a web browser is recommended.
